Shadecover.ng provides a two (2) year limited warranty on eligible products from the date of installation or delivery, whichever occurs first.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. During the warranty period, Shadecover.ng will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective at no additional cost for the replacement part or repair service.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Improper installation carried out by persons not authorized by Shadecover.ng.
  • Damage resulting from accidents, fire, flooding, storms, or other natural disasters.
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, discoloration, or deterioration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or weather conditions.
  • Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or the use of unsuitable cleaning products.

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and notify Shadecover.ng within the two-year warranty period. Claims should include a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs of the affected product.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at Shadecover.ng's discretion. It does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including costs related to removal, reinstallation, transportation, loss of use, or any other associated expenses, except where required by applicable law.

16. Privacy

Your use of Shadecover.ng is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
